Aerospool is offering customers the option of the powerful 5-blade H42A VTL “Talon” propeller from Helix Propellers. This new prop has recently undergone a series of flight and static tests with the Rotax916is-powered Aerospool WT9 Dynamic NG.
The H42A not only outperformed the original design propeller in speed tests but also provided 25% more power in static pull tests, sustaining a 3100 newton pull. This is a significant improvement for light towing aircraft like the WT9, allowing for faster take-offs when towing a sailplane.
