Dynamic Videos

Several Dynamic owners and Aerospool have produced useful videos of the Dynamic. Below are a selection for you to view.

You can view them on this page at the size shown by clicking the red arrow. Or start them here and then click YouTube’s [ ] (bottom right of the video) for a full screen experience. No need to leave the page.

An informative review from July 2024 of the WT9 Dynamic by experienced pilot Geoff Cockrell (and his wife Eve). He is planning to upgrade to the Dynamic. Eve is  not a pilot, but she really likes this aircraft! (There are some flashing logos at the start.)

Geoff has a YouTube channel where he often talks about his current aircraft, under the name Dark Lord. Expand the summary for this video if you visit his channel to see the topics covered.

We are sure that within a year or so, it will be the WT9 Dynamic that becomes Geoff’s featured aircraft!

This video from the manufacturer showcases the WT9 Dynamic and their four-seater WT10 Advantic. Includes some nice stills of each model in flight, plus a little glider towing.

There is no sound on this one.

The next video is an assessment of an early version of the WT9 Dynamic. It dates from 2015 and shows a team of 14 Dynamics towing gliders at the 31st World Gliding Championships. They successfully launched every glider every day.

This is another video about glider towing. This one dates from 2022, showing that towing gliders with this model is becoming a more popular idea.

The reviewer’s English accent is not quite perfect, but clearly understandable.

This is the view from the glider’s cockpit. It includes a square showing part of the instrument panel on the left (the altimeter is metric)  and, to the right, the external view to the right wing.

This is a heavy two-seater glider, the Arcus, and the Dynamic towing it has the 141HP Rotax 915iS engine.

Remember, the Rotax 916 has another 20 HP available, being a 160 HP engine…

This is a comparison of four LSM aircraft towing gliders, in May 2014.

The TL-9g Sting, the FK-P Mark IV, the WT9 Dynamic, and the WT9 Dynamic Turbo (as it was known at that time). The first three have 100HP engines, the Dynamic Turbo had a 115HP Rotax 914.

Check the tree clearance for each of these tows.
Choose the one that looks best.

This is an early video from July 2011. created by a young man on work experience.

It is based on 70 hours ( ! ) of filming and lots and lots of editing of many of the steps in building the Dynamic. Not all the steps though, there’s more to it than shown here.
